You will ensure our company remains true to our mission of being the most loved fitness brand through every interaction that we have with our members, while building and driving a high performing sales culture.What you’ll do:
- Coach sales associates in outbound and inbound contact with hot-leads to achieve targets.
- Develop, evaluate and implement sales strategies and objectives while managing day-to-day operations.
- Constantly analyze our key metrics, business trends/market and team performance to improve lead conversion and drive membership growth.
- Mentor and coach a committed sales team that has a high degree of ownership, excellent product knowledge and can use solution and brand based approaches to convert leads into members.
- Collaborate with others in the leadership team to define and refine sales priorities and contribute to overall marketing and growth plans.
Who you are:
- Experience leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPIs within the health and fitness industry.
- Eagerness to train, mentor, and manage your team on sales, marketing, and prospecting of leads.
- Development and execution of marketing, social media, and outreach strategies to drive membership sales.
- Confidence to perform on a guaranteed salary along with an incentive-based commissions and bonuses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
- Passion for health and wellness
- Dedicated team player
