The Global Wealth & Asset Management Digital Technologies group division is looking for a self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic team member to support the Digital Technologies organization driving digital transformation and marketing automation. Our global team provides digital technology solutions to investors, advisors, and retail customers across the globe. We are looking for an intermediate level engineer to drive digital initiatives and help transform the group to have a digital first, customer centric mindset.Position Responsibilities:

  • Builds, codes, tests, maintain high quality software.
  • Participates in Agile sprints and ceremonies; supports rapid iteration and development.
  • Translates user requirements into software requirements.
  • Designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains, and improves business applications as a member of a team, works across full stack through entire software development lifecycle.
  • Accepts and modifies specifications and standards.
  • Manages portions of development project

Job Requirements:

  • Front end development experience for at least 3 to 5 years with 3 or more years in a similar position
  • Solid hands-on experience in React, Node.js, Express, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and writing front end tests.
  • Experience in designing solid React components with Redux, that is reusable, efficient, and easy to maintain; Knowledge of React server-side rendering.
  • Solid CSS experience in building user interfaces with scalability and mobile responsiveness in mind.
  • Experience in building digital products with accessibility in mind and conducting accessibility testing throughout the design and development processes.
  • Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features.
  • Experience working/communicating with clients and stakeholders while being empathetic to their needs.
  • Good verbal and written communication; effectively articulates technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.

Nice to haves:

  • Working knowledge or exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will be a HUGE plus.
  • Cloud based development experience with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) or similar platform.
  • Exposure to PaaS and micro-service architectures.
  • Working Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/Team City
  • Familiarity with GitHub actions
  • Knowledge in SonarQube, Fortify and WebInspect.
  • Developing junior engineers and a passion for growing staff within the organization
