Description
The Customer Service Representative Account Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving complex issues that Level 1 support cannot manage. This role requires advanced problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of our product and service lines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide Level 1 staff.
Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Handle escalated customer issues requiring a greater level of expertise.
• Provide accurate responses to complicated questions about our products, services, or technical issues.
• Make sure that customer issues are resolved satisfactorily and perform follow-ups as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams.
• Liaise with procurement and logistics departments to provide the most current information to our customers.
• Assist in training Level 1 staff, providing guidance in managing everyday customer interactions.
• Act as the customer’s voice within the company.
• Maintain an exceptional level of professionalism in all communication.
Required Skills:
• Preferred degree in marketing, supply chain, or international business.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to interact professionally with all organization levels, particularly our customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
