Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Livonia, Michigan. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, processing their orders, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as email correspondence.
Responsibilities
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Process customer orders and keep records of customer interactions
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Utilize CRM software for customer relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and scheduling appointments Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls, providing a detail oriented and helpful service to customers.
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role is required.
• Strong ability to provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating patience and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is updated and correct.
• Skilled in handling email correspondence, responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, using these tools to maintain customer records and create reports.
• Capable of efficiently handling order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed correctly and promptly.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing time and resources to meet customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM – Customer Relationship Manager, using this tool to manage customer relationships and track interactions.
