Customer Service Representative in Wilmington, North Carolina

Description We are in the process of recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our team in Wilmington, North Carolina. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be entrusted with managing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role also includes the responsibility of tracking customer accounts and implementing appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently handling customer credit applications

• Maintaining precise records of customer credit

• Utilizing basic office equipment and skills to perform daily tasks

• Assisting with data entry and using Microsoft tools to manage customer data

• Resolving customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service

• Monitoring the status of customer accounts and taking necessary actions

• Providing training and guidance to new team members in the logistics sector

• Ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes by handling customer service and data entry tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in using basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers

• Demonstrable experience with basic office skills including filing, scheduling, and answering phones

• Strong customer service skills, with a proven ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently

• Ability to perform computer data entry tasks accurately and quickly

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
