ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Answer all incoming calls and chats promptly and professionally assuring
proper and appropriate distribution to proper department and/or employee

Sell appropriate products and services to customers

Assure deposit account data entry is processed and verified according to
standards and procedures

Schedule appointments for loan customers

Conduct research related to:
o Deposit transaction inquiries/documentation
o Loan transaction inquiries/documentation

Support initiatives and mission of QSSI

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Main Street check orders

Respond to email inquiries

Other job-related tasks, as assigned
