Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to be a key figure in our Mine Service team!This role will lead the Sales and Mine Service teams in Alberta and the Northwest Territories in planning, development, and delivery of customer related programs, living the Fountain Tire core purpose: Helping people get there – safely, sustainably, and successfully.What do we offer at Fountain Tire?

- Competitive salary: $95,000 – $110,000 per year, plus commissions based on sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales & Market Growth: Identify opportunities, manage sales processes, and achieve budget objectives while analyzing competitive and market trends to drive market share growth.
- Leadership & Team Development: Provide mentorship, performance management, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Mine Service team.
- Innovation: Continuously evaluate and enhance sales programs, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute multi-year plans aligned with Fountain Tire’s strategic objectives, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and goal setting.
- Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve customer billing, reporting, and other sales-related processes by identifying gaps and creating actionable solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the development of customer profitability, KPI tracking, and sales performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Industry Engagement: Represent Fountain Tire at industry programs, conferences, and seminars, while contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Minimum 5 years+ experience working in the OTR Tire and/or Mining industries is required
- Proven leadership capability with the ability to collaborate, direct, coach and mentor teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Proven ability to carry large presentations and negotiate is a considerable asset
- Previous Mining/OTR tire sales experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is required for travel through Alberta and the Northwest Territories
