Position: Call Center Representative
This position pays $21/hr.
The Call Center Representative is the first Monogram Health voice the patient hears. Our Call Center Representatives call prospective patients to enroll them, educate patients of existing benefits of their healthcare plan, schedule in-home care management visits, coordinate with physician practices to schedule office visits, and ensure data is entered accurately and that the correct communications and materials are sent to patients timely.
The Call Center Representative works closely with the nurses and social worker on their care team to provide an excellent experience for their patients. The Call Center Representative works off a dialer placing multiple outbound calls daily and fields return calls from patients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to:
- Tell patients about Monogram Health services and ask them to opt into our programs
- Schedule in-home care management visits, follow-up visits, telehealth meetings, physician office visits, dialysis center tours, and group support sessions
- Contact physician offices and providers by phone, fax, and email to arrange patient appointments or coordinate the sharing of clinical information
- Print, package, and mail patient letters, post cards, flyers, educational materials to our patients
- Field inbound calls and answer patient questions
Position Requirements:
- Experience working in a high volume of outbound/inbound calls in a call center setting calling hot or cold leads with high close rate is considered a plus and deeply desired
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, in the health care industry and heavy outbound appointment setting, English/Spanish speaking is a significant plus
- Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines with a positive, helpful attitude
- Protect the health care privacy of patients by strictly following HIPAA regulations
- Must be 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
