Your organizational skills and positive attitude will be crucial to helping us continue to form solid partnerships with property owners and ensure our guests have amazing experiences with top-notch short-term rentals in our St. John’s inner-city home collection.Day to Day TasksYour role will be crucial in ensuring guests have the best possible experience during their stay with us. As the Operations Assistant, you will serve as the main point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with property owner communications, running errands, conducting property checks, and managing company databases and online listings.Your strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be vital as you respond to guest inquiries and address any issues that may arise, minimizing disruption to a guest’s stay.Apply now to unlock career growth opportunities with competitive compensation in our supportive team environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact with guests.
  • Run errands such as picking up supplies, delivering packages, or handling miscellaneous tasks to support property operations.
  • Provide support with property owner communications and oversee challenging guest requests/issue escalations
  • Organize and collaborate with all departments to resolve issues and execute projects promptly
  • Ensure that each department fulfills the needs of its guests and owners
  • Create, audit, and update rental listings across several platforms and update rental listing prices in line with client objectives and predetermined rate strategies
  • Conduct property inspections and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

QUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years of vacation rental, hospitality or hotel experience requiredMust possess a smartphone and have familiarity with various industry related apps and softwaresAble to communicate effectively and respectfully, verbally and in writing * Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Able to work well on a team with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Hourly Wage: $22 – $26 per hour based on experience and achievementBenefits:
