Job Description:
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist I, you will guide consumers through the dispute resolution process, providing detailed explanations of eligibility requirements and procedures. After an initial training period (3-6 weeks) onsite, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule. This role focuses on customer service within a call center environment and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist consumers with filing claims via phone or online.
- Explain dispute resolution program details and eligibility, referring cases to management as needed.
- Address basic inquiries regarding state-specific lemon laws.
- Assist with consumer outreach and support special projects to achieve program goals.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of progressive call center experience with a focus on customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with contact center systems such as Ring Central or Matterhorn.
- Experience in a Fortune 500 call center environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Additional Details:
- Contract-to-hire position with structured training and potential for promotion.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (60-minute unpaid lunch).
- Background check required, covering the past 10 years (federal, state, and county checks).
