Description

We’re currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. This role requires candidates to work fully on-site, therefore applicants who are prepared for and thrive in an active, in-person work environment are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries.

• Manage and resolve customer complaints.

• Update customer information in the system as and when needed.

• Route calls to appropriate departments and follow-up on customer calls where necessary.

• Work with management to uphold call center processes and policies consistently.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
