We are in the process of expanding our team in Auburn, Washington and are on the lookout for a dedicated ERP/CRM Consultant. The individual will be tasked with managing the configuration, updates, and customizations of our Dynamics ERP system, in addition to collaborating on design and testing of new customer vendors and software integrations. This role falls within the information technology industry, and provides an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in improving our business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance and updates of our Dynamics ERP system.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on the design and testing of new customer vendors and software integrations.

• Assist in the planning and execution of our ERP system’s testing, implementation, and maintenance.

• Lead the management of third party GP product updates to GP and ISV products.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP, connected programs, and processes.

• Assist in data migrations, creation, and support of other business system integrations.

• Handle troubleshooting of data issues related to ERP system and process failures.

• Support internal SQL developer with ERP-related SQL issues.

• Oversee ERP related project management tasks.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and quickly learn administration and support for them.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Consultant or related role.

• Proficient in ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning processes and systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Functions.

• Proficiency in using Dynamics GP is necessary.

• Experience in using Dynamics CRM is required.

• Familiarity with Great Plains Dynamics is essential.

• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Must have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
