As a Process Improvement Manager II, you will drive the implementation, communication, training, and auditing of SNC and industry best practices. You will partner with Corporate and BA functional organization leadership to develop, deploy and execute process improvements that support the strategy of achieving lean, efficient, and successful operations. You will implement meaningful metrics that drive continuous improvement and solve strategic issues through Kaizen events.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies and initiatives across all areas of the IAS Business Area.

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders and stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other CI tools to analyze processes, identify root causes of issues, and develop solutions

  • Conduct performance assessments to monitor progress and identify areas for further improvement

  • Facilitate new processes, improved workflows, and systems to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality

  • Provide training and guidance to employees on continuous improvement principles and methodologies

  • Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to process improvement initiatives

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CI and incorporate relevant knowledge into our processes

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

  • Typically, 8+ years of progressive quality assurance experience, which includes 4+ years of management experience.

  • Current Six Sigma Green or Black certification preferred (or, must be willing to immediately take steps to attain)

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & CMMI process standards

  • Experience with program management processes, standards & certification

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 – $171,560.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
