Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between riders and customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and riders.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely service.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor rider availability and allocate assignments effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery details.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with communication tools.
- Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required).
