Reference: KU000044400.6 FTE Indefinite – Agile working (blend of home and office based) would be consideredThis is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Harper & Keele Veterinary School. The Assessment Coordinator will oversee and manage the assessment processes for the Bachelor in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery program. Working with the Program Director and Director of Veterinary Education, this role focuses on designing and ensuring the quality of assessments. The role involves collaborating with academic staff, students, and technical and administrative teams to support smooth and effective assessments that meet university policies and regulatory requirements.#This position will lead and coordinate assessments across all five years of the veterinary program, ensuring high standards and a positive student experience. Additionally, the Assessment Coordinator will develop and compare school assessment processes with those of other professional programs and institutions.The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience with teaching and assessment in higher education.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of higher education assessment processes.
- A passion for innovation and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
