Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative located in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The role involves managing customer accounts and inquiries in the property management industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with homeowners, technicians, and superintendents, managing calendars, and handling logistics and scheduling tasks. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.

• Coordinate appointments with technicians, renters, and superintendents on site.

• Process customer applications with a high level of accuracy.

• Maintain and manage customer accounts using various software such as Salesforce.com and Yardi.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks.

• Manage and organize daily calendar schedules.

• Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth operations.

• Carry out logistic and scheduling tasks effectively.

• Handle a high volume of phone calls daily, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

• Ensure all customer records are kept accurately and up-to-date. Requirements • Proficiency in managing Customer Accounts

• Experience in using Yardi software

• Knowledge of Property Management principles

• Ability to manage Email Correspondence effectively

• Proficiency in using Salesforce.com

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience in Calendar Management

• Ability to manage Booking Appointments efficiently

• Proven track record in Confirming Appointments promptly
