If you think you’ll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Responsible for Mercedes client
- Check customer portals for warranty claims
- Receive and return warranty part
- Documentation
- Std and Load Test acc VDA FFA
- Customer contact to define tests
- Fill customer portals with analysis results
- Create test orders and place them in the LAB
- Technical research of test requirements
- Interpretation of test results
- Support 8D preparation
- Participate in customer audits
and if you have/are:
- Team player, quality driven person
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Good communication skills, team orientation, high efficiency and reliability
- Good MS Office knowledge
