What you’ll do as a Customer Support Specialist:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Provide friendly, accurate, and timely customer service to all clients.

  • Review medication orders with patients, explaining cost, insurance coverage, shipping options, and delivery timelines.

  • Assist patients with tracking and managing their orders.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues with professionalism and care.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.

  • Update customer information and ensure accurate documentation within the system.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly and any issues are resolved.

  • Process and manage returns, exchanges, and cancellations as needed.

  • Collaborate with the billing team to clarify and resolve any billing-related questions.

  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and follow-through on commitments.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

    Requirements

Bilingual Spanish is required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels of the company.

Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and using search tools to gather information.

A positive, achievement-driven attitude with a professional approach to work.

Strong customer service experience and office administrative skills.

Familiarity with call center customer service operations.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
