- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery of Light Industrial and ICI new-builds.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational excellence, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

- P.Eng designation or Engineering educational background (preferred, not required).
- 5+ years of project management experience in a General Contractor / Construction Manager environment.
- Proven experience managing Light Industrial and ICI ground-up builds.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, budgeting, and scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Procore, etc.).
