We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Vandalia, Ohio. This role involves a range of duties, including answering calls, data entry, and liaising with vendors. It’s an engaging position in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently responding to high volume of inbound calls from members

• Accurately entering data into the member portal and confirming submissions

• Handling mail distribution tasks

• Processing enrollments over the phone using a prescribed list of questions

• Scanning and indexing relevant documents

• Scheduling appointments as needed

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks

• Communicating via email correspondence when necessary

• Monitoring and updating customer accounts regularly

• Liaising with vendors as representatives may reach out.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating strong verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, showcasing problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset

• Accurate and efficient data entry skills

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
