client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Advisory
Senior Manager to join our dynamic team! CPA is required. This is
FULLY-REMOTE.

Overview:

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements to assess the
  financial and operational health of companies undergoing M&A
  transactions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs
  and providing tailored advice to facilitate successful transactions.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the transaction advisory
  services practice through leadership and mentorship of junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 8+ years of experience; at least 3+ years within the transaction
  advisory practice within a large public accounting firm required
