Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be a crucial part of the team, providing expert support to our customers and members, handling phone-based interactions, and resolving a wide variety of inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer inquiries and provide solutions

• Deliver high-quality customer service and support

• Manage direct phone-based interactions with customers

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our services to provide accurate information

• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts

• Ensure customer credit records are up-to-date and accurate

• Resolve a wide variety of customer inquiries efficiently

• Utilize skills in Customer Service, Answer, Offshore, TRICARE, and NIS to enhance service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role

• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools

• Ability to effectively respond to customer inquiries and complaints

• Familiarity with offshore customer service operations and best practices

• Knowledge and experience in working with TRICARE health program

• Understanding of NIS (Network and Information Systems)

• Exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic
