As we continue to develop our Allied Health Professions educational offer, we are looking to recruit a senior academic into the role of pathway lead for Dietetics with a vision to create and deliver our innovative Enhanced Practice curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity to co-develop and lead the development and our extensive enhanced practice provision alongside Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Podiatry. You will have academic responsibility for ensuring that the pathway meets educational requirements of enhanced practice across the breath of dietetic practice. You will work within the Enhanced practice team with oversight of the core pathway, in addition you will have the opportunity to work with our Dietetic pre-registration curriculum team.Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree in appropriate subject or Honours Degree with appropriate professional qualification and/or membership
- HCPC dietitian registrant
- A teaching qualification or willingness to acquire one
- Active membership of British Dietetic Association
Our Successful CandidateYou will be a HCPC registered Dietitian, with a significant and successful track record of teaching, learning and assessment practice, and experience of assessment processes at Higher Education levels. Have strong experience of developing and delivering education programmes within the UK with an understanding of enhanced level practice, and line managing academic teams within a relevant portfolio. You will also need to have knowledge and experience of reviewing, modifying, developing and enhancing curriculum and programmes, and experience of enhancing learner satisfaction and outcomes.The BenefitsAlong with a competitive salary we offer an industry leading Rewards and Benefits package including;
