Customer Service Representative in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including processing orders, scheduling, and responding to customer inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for customer service, delivering detail oriented and efficient services. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver detail oriented customer service by answering inbound calls.

• Schedule and dispatch tasks efficiently based on customer requests.

• Handle order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage customer inquiries, resolving any issues efficiently.

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.

• Ensure smooth receiving of orders and customer applications.

• Engage in project scheduling to ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Use a windows-based program for various tasks.

• Contribute to a fast-paced work environment by managing tasks efficiently.

• Participate in training sessions in a live environment. Requirements • Proficient in answering customer inquiries and complaints in a detail-oriented manner

• Ability to generate and manage customer invoices accurately and efficiently

• Skilled in providing customer quotes, understanding the business pricing model and negotiation techniques

• Experience in job scheduling, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely completion of work
