Sintali
Who are we?
Are you worried about the climate crisis and how it will impact our future? So are we.
That’s why we are on a mission to make sure every building on this planet is green.
The built environment contributes almost 40 percent to global energy-related greenhouse gas
emissions. We want to get that number down as quickly as possible.
We were founded to verify the impact of the built environment around the world, acting as an
independent third party to validate sustainability claims made about buildings and ensure
companies are genuinely making a positive difference.
We are a small organisation but we strongly believe that a strong team with a clear purpose can
make a real impact. Our mode of operation is ‘do good and be good’. We always strive to do good
for the planet, and also be a good employer.
Our services are comprised of two core certification schemes; EDGE and Building with Nature.
EDGE was created by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank
Group, and is an innovative green building standard and certification. EDGE makes it faster,
easier and more affordable than ever before to build and brand green. EDGE is revolutionising
green buildings around the world and enabling mass market transformation of the built
environment. Building with Nature is the UK’s leading benchmark for green infrastructure.
Building with Nature puts nature at the heart of development in a way that’s good for people
and for wildlife.
The role
We are looking for a Services Delivery Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the
delivery of our certification services. We’re seeking a self-motivated, hard-working and
proactive individual who can remain calm under pressure.
The support that you will provide to various team members within the business will enable them
to conduct their work efficiently and effectively. You will process various types of data,
documents, applications and queries from partners, internal team members and clients,
supporting them through our certification processes and ensuring our procedures are adhered to.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fast learner, with a positive attitude
towards using new systems and learning new processes. As a small company, processes change over
time so you should be comfortable with adapting processes and thinking critically to solve
problems. We’re a small team, so the Services Delivery Coordinator will thrive with a high
variety of tasks and a quick pace of work.
