Customer Service Representative in Sunnyvale, California

Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team in Sunnyvale, California. As a Customer Service Representative, your main role will be to manage customer inquiries, process applications, maintain customer records, and properly monitor their accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of customer credit

• Manage customer inquiries professionally and promptly

• Utilize Timberline for efficient task completion

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and good sales experience

• Ensure regular attendance and adherence to scheduled working days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Maintain a peaceful environment within the community of 245 units

• Follow instructions meticulously and consistently. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar.

• Proficiency in achieving sales quotas.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Strong skills in phone contact handling and active listening.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• High school degree; additional qualifications will be a plus.

• Must have a customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm.

• Must be able to work in a team and foster teamwork.

• Must have problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
