The organisation strongly supports career progression and professional development, offering comprehensive training to enhance employees’ skills, knowledge, and qualifications.Role DescriptionsEngineers/Graduate EngineersProfessionals at engineer and graduate engineer levels are sought to conduct site surveys, prepare technical documentation and reports, and liaise with client representatives.Suitable candidates should possess a strong academic background, ideally with some understanding of HVAC and water distribution systems in buildings. While specialist training will be provided, proficiency in report writing is essential.Although a degree is not mandatory, academic study related to Building Services is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to further their qualifications in line with the organisation’s Personal Development Plan.Intermediate/Senior EngineersIntermediate and senior engineers are required to manage a portfolio of client contracts, taking technical responsibility while maintaining client relationships. Although some site work will be necessary, the primary focus of these roles will be contract management and technical oversight.Candidates should have a solid academic record and, more importantly, substantial practical experience with HVAC and water distribution systems in buildings. While specialist training will be provided, strong report-writing skills are required.Chartered status is preferred; however, candidates with relevant qualifications and experience working towards professional accreditation will be considered.
