Job description
About usThe UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) is integral to UCL’s academic strategy and forms part of the UCL East development in Stratford. It provides the opportunity for UCL to help create and support a cadre of leading professionals with the skillset to meet the challenges of healthcare delivery and improved population health on a global scale in the 21st century. The GBSH draws on academic expertise from across UCL, but, in particular, from the Faculty of Population Health Sciences (FPHS) within which it is housed. FPHS is one of the two leading Population Health Schools in the UK and top among Russell Group universities. The health and healthcare sectors are changing rapidly. Much of this change has recently been driven by Covid-19, which has spurred innovation. Across the healthcare industry, processes are becoming more digitised to streamline operations, drive costs down and create more access, particularly for ageing populations. There is also a consumerisation of healthcare as health systems shift from treatment to prevention and early detection. Again, this evolving consumer health landscape is driven by tech-enabled, digital health solutions.About the roleThe Programme Lead will be critical in delivering our online part-time EMBA programme.
