Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Provide accurate information about products, services, account details, and company policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex cases to higher management when necessary.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Stay up-to-date on products, services, promotions, and policies to provide customers with current and comprehensive information.

Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements to company processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role (1-3 years preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
