We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a client in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, ensure accurate order entry, and provide exceptional support to clients. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, processing their requests efficiently and assisting with any issues they may encounter. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, the use of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and strong communication skills. This is a contract to hire position that is fully in office in Bellevue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Process and enter customer orders accurately using Dynamics 365

  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of order details, including pricing, product codes, and delivery requirements.

  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and update customer accounts in the CRM system, logging all interactions and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as shipping, billing, and sales) to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.

  • Provide support for product or service-related inquiries, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating cases when necessary.

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and procedures to effectively address customer needs.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

  • Prior experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative roles

  • Proficiency in CRM or ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly preferred.

  • Previous experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
