Administrator – Outdoor Learning Team, nr Leatherhead
28 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, minimum of 3 days office based, some limited home working

Are you an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic administrator looking for a unique
opportunity? Imagine working at the heart of a stunning nature reserve, surrounded by ancient
woodland, while playing a key role in inspiring the next generation of nature lovers!
We’re looking for a friendly, efficient, and reliable administrator to keep everything running
smoothly at our Nower Wood Education Centre, near Leatherhead. You’ll be the go-to person for
all things admin, supporting our Outdoor Learning team and the Wilder Schools programme. Every
day will be varied — handling booking enquiries, managing emails, coordinating purchase orders
and invoices, restocking supplies (yes, even the all-important toilet rolls!), and ensuring
that visitors and staff have everything they need. You’ll be central to the team, keeping
things organised behind the scenes so that we can continue our vital work connecting people
with nature.
Surrey Wildlife Trust is a dynamic and passionate charity at the forefront of conservation. We
work hard, but we’re a friendly and supportive team, and we’re looking for an excellent
candidate, someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves being organised, and ideally, has
an interest in nature.
