Thank you.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules.
- Manage material requirements planning (MRP).
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate KPIs and reports related to inventory and supplier performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience with stamping and/or assembly operations.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, JIT, and Kanban principles.
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Plex, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of experience in material planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within the automotive industry is preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with occasional exposure to production areas.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Light to moderate physical demands.
