I’m currently partnering with an ambitious accounting practice in Blackburn that’s expanding their Corporate Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity for either part or newly qualified ACA/ACCA professionals looking to build a meaningful career.
- Supporting the delivery to clients including business sales, acquisitions, and MBOs
- Conducting financial due diligence and preparing detailed reports
- Building financial models and valuation analyses
- Researching market and industry trends for client projects
- Assisting in the preparation of information memoranda and business plans
- Developing strong relationships with clients and intermediaries
Direct mentorship from senior leadership in a close-knit team Perfect timing for ACA/ACCA candidates (part-qualified or recently qualified)
- Part-qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA
- Strong academic background with excellent analytical skills
- Some experience in audit, accounting, or corporate finance
- Commercially aware with good business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team while managing individual responsibilities
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
