Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role will be centered within the healthcare industry, where you will be tasked with handling customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle customer credit applications.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

• Utilize your skills in customer service, video communication, and healthcare related tasks.

• Collaborate with offshore teams as necessary.

• Apply your knowledge of TRICARE and NIS in relevant scenarios.

• Use your proficiency in R Code for data analysis and reporting tasks. Requirements • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role

• Proficiency in using Video Conferencing tools

• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, its services, and processes

• Knowledge of R Code, including its application in data analysis

• Experience in Offshore operations, preferably in a customer service setting

• In-depth understanding of TRICARE and its customer service requirements

• Proficiency in using Network Information System (NIS) in a customer service context TalentMatch®
