POSITION: Reception and Marketing Assistant Summer Student

- Supports the reception staff at the corporate head office with occasional coverage which consists of answering the phone and greeting guests
- Provides sales support for promotional merchandise
- Assisting the department with special events, promotions, communications activities and creative work.
- Summer Term: May to August (4 months)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preference given to students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program or entering full-time post-secondary studies in September 2025
- Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
- Familiar with computers
- Friendly and willing to learn
- Customer Service experience
- Works independently with little supervision
- Must be bilingual (French and English)
- Must be committed to Health and Safety
