Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception children.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement an inspiring curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
- Regularly assess and monitor students’ progress and well-being, providing feedback to both parents and colleagues.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and carers, ensuring clear communication and support for students’ development.
- Foster an inclusive classroom where all children feel safe, valued, and able to express themselves freely.

Desired Qualifications and Skills
