Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via phone, email, or live chat to address inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Provide accurate information about products and services, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Track and update customer profiles, orders, or service tickets through the company’s CRM or other software tools.

Escalate unresolved queries to supervisors or the appropriate departments for timely resolution.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer care processes, providing feedback to help refine workflows.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, services, and product offerings to better assist customers.

Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Prior experience in a customer service, call center, or related role is beneficial but not required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism.

Comfortable working with CRM systems, email platforms, and related software.

Strong critical thinking skills to resolve customer concerns effectively.
