About us The Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is a department within UCL and part of The Bartlett faculty, known internationally for its radical thinking about space, design and sustainability. Our mission is to change how public value is imagined, practised and evaluated to tackle societal challenges—and, by doing this, to deliver economic growth that is innovation-led, sustainable, and inclusive.About the role Within the topic area of industrial strategy, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for: • Writing high-quality policy reports, opinion editorials and other outputs. • Developing research plans and carrying out policy-related research under the direction of Professor Mariana Mazzucato. • Engaging with policy and academic stakeholders to develop implementable policy solutions based on IIPP research.
