Customer Service Representative in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Representative, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be tasked with researching and interpreting commercial property data, managing documents, and building positive relationships with municipal contacts. This role presents a permanent employment opportunity.

This role is 100% ON-SITE

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on commercial property data using online resources

• Maintain and manage documents related to commercial properties

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, and other stakeholders

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data and update as necessary

• Utilize the database for entering and updating information and notes

• Monitor and manage email workload efficiently

• Coordinate FedEx mailings as and when required

• Participate as an integral team member in managing the team workload

• Comply with processes advised by management to complete tasks in a timely manner

• Use your skills in computer research and customer service to meet production targets.

Requirements • Possess strong skills in Computer Research, able to efficiently seek out and utilize relevant information for customer inquiries

• Have prior experience in Call Center Customer Service, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously

• Show a high level of competency in Customer Service, with the ability to resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

• Demonstrated proficiency in Data Gathering, able to accurately collect and record customer information for further use and analysis
