Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Healthcare/NHS industry located in New York, New York. The workplace is a NYC Mental Health Care company, where the primary function of this role is to support the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.

• Handle email correspondence and conference calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of staff, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties.

• Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring easy access to important documents.

• Manage mail, sorting and distributing as necessary.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all aspects of trips are well-planned.

• Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission.

• Assist with the coordination of public events, ensuring they run smoothly.

• Utilize various software systems such as ADP – Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, and About Time for various tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP – Financial Services is a must for managing financial aspects of the role.

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings to facilitate smooth virtual meetings and communications.

• Experience with Concur for efficient expense management is required.

• Proficiency in CRM software to effectively manage client relationships and interactions.

• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate time tracking and management.

• Ability to utilize About Time software for efficient project management.

• Strong Calendar Management skills to organize and schedule appointments and meetings.

• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Experience in managing Conference Calls, coordinating and ensuring seamless virtual meetings.

• Ability to handle Correspondence, including drafting and managing emails, letters, and documents. TalentMatch®
