In this pivotal position, you will be advising on a wide range of corporate strategic programs, analyzing business performance, and identifying opportunities to achieve business goals.By leveraging your experience in management consultancy, you will help leadership make informed decisions, achieve business objectives, and manage complex scenarios, ultimately contributing to OpenText’s long-term success.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Strategic Consulting Leadership: Lead teams in tackling critical, strategic requests through analytical problem solving, effective project management, cross-functional collaboration, and C-suite engagement.
- Consulting Methodologies: Apply industry-standard consulting methodologies and frameworks to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable solutions.
- Internal Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance and recommendations on strategic initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and the adoption of new processes.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the formulation and execution of the company’s long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Business Performance Analysis: Analyze business operations and data to assess company performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with department heads and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with operational plans.
- Deliver Recommendations: Deliver clear action plans to show recommended next steps that demonstrate efficiency, value creation, and measurable improvements.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present strategy reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to C-level leadership.
- Data Analysis & Financial Acumen: Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets to effectively generate insights that will inform strategic initiatives. Experience working with financial information.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy development, management consulting – top management consulting firm experience highly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, managing teams, and working with senior leadership.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Strong data analysis skills and financial acumen.
- Expertise in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
Work Arrangement: This role will be office-based out of the Richmond Hill, ON office. Employees need to be in the office on OpenText corporate days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) to drive maximum coordination and collaboration.ONE LAST THING
