As a permanent, full-time member of our agency, you’ll have the opportunity to teach and shape the learning experiences of students, working closely with experienced educators who will guide and mentor you throughout your career.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and effective lessons that support the curriculum and meet students’ learning needs.Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect and learning.Essential Criteria:A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and eligibility to work as a teacher in Birmingham.
