Provides overall administrative and technical expertise and support for a large or complex construction project or an area of a mega-project. Accountable for safety, budget, quality, schedule, and profitability performance. Oversees project personnel operations and maintains excellent stakeholder relationships.What you will be doing:
Leads the largest projects of the business units with projects of varying sizes, complexity and market segment. Typical work may include:Large ground-up projects (typically
$50M);Projects with non-standard agreements (supplemental conditions, alternate contract forms, etc.)Projects typically of high complexity due to the nature of the work, project logistics, or timelines; andProjects that typically consist of various stakeholders and user groups.What you must have:Years of Experience: 15+ years of construction experience with multiple contract delivery types as a leader and mentor preferred.Education: Post-secondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.Salary/Rate Range: $130,000.00 – $155,000.00For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
