Job Description:Our client, a family-oriented company in the fireplace manufacturing industry is looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to their team. In this dynamic role, you will oversee inventory and freight operations across multiple locations, manage customs documentation, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant shipping processes.What You Will Do:

• Coordinate inventory control and freight across 4 locations
• Manage cross-border shipments, customs clearance, and tariffs
• Liaise with freight companies to ensure proper product classification
• Work with ERP systems (Syspro, Netstock) and Excel for tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer support teams

Requirements:What You Bring:

• 2-3 years of logistics, shipping, or supply chain experience
• Strong understanding of customs documentation and classifications
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and ability to manage busy periods
