???? Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak ????
Fully remote work mode from Poland.
Your daily tasks:
✅ Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mails);
✅ Meeting targets set by the client and management;
✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
What do we expect from you?
???? Language: Proficiency in Czech (native level) and advanced knowledge of English (B2 level);
???? Experience: Customer Service experience is a must, great if you have experience in technology focused roles;
???? Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
???? Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
