At ISLAND VIEW CASINO & RESORT, our Call Center Reservations Department handles phone inquiries, processes reservations for hotel rooms, restaurants, and other casino facilities, and provides general information about the casino’s offerings. They also manage cancellations and changes to existing reservations.

WE ARE SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE TO WORK PART-TIME FOR OUR TEAM!

The Representative is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. In this role you will be responsible for expediting all incoming calls in a timely and accurate manner, respond to guest questions, as well as handling guest requests for services. The agent is responsible for handling all incoming calls in a professional courteous manner while booking hotel reservations and answering questions.

Must be able to use all equipment associated with the position, including but not limited to, computer keyboard, Cisco Call Manager software, paging system and two-way radios.

Position Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid Driver’s License or State issued ID.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

At least 1-year working in a high-volume call center, data entry, customer service or a related field required.

Full-Time/Part-Time Part-Time

Pay Rate 12.50
