Senior AccountantJob Description: Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The Senior Accountant will oversee accounting operations, financial analysis, and reporting.Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements.
• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
