This full-time, term-time position is ideal for graduates who want to train as teachers or educational psychologists in the future.About the Role – Graduate Classroom AssistantAs a key part of the teaching team, you’ll support day-to-day learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your interests and strengths. You’ll work with small groups and individual pupils, including children with additional learning needs.Your responsibilities will include: Graduate Classroom Assistant

• Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Leading literacy, phonics, or numeracy activities in 1:1 or small group settings
• Supporting children with special needs (SEN), speech and language difficulties, or EAL
• Promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
• Helping prepare classroom materials and adapt resources when needed
• Building strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff

Who We’re Looking For – Graduate Teaching SupportThis role would suit a graduate who:

• Holds a degree (2:1 or above preferred) – Psychology, English, or Education ideal
• Has a natural enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development
• Is calm, friendly, and confident in a classroom setting
• Has some experience with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, childcare, youth work)
• Is considering a career in teaching, therapy, or educational support
