Introduction

United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the procurement of 3,000 (three thousand) Fire-fighting backpack sprayers for extinguishing forest and field fires in conditions where heavy machinery and equipment cannot access slopes and hard-to-reach areas.

The procurement is conducted as part of the project “Safeguarding Forests of Belarus: A Comprehensive Fire Preparedness Initiative for Community-Based Fire Prevention and Response”.

Pre-bidding meeting information:

The Pre-bid conference will be conducted on August, 14 2025, from 15.00 to 16.00 hours (Minsk Time, UTC/GMT+3). The Pre-bid conference will be organized online through Zoom. Bidders must pre-register for the conference, the registration link is the following:

Remarks: attendance on Pre-bid conference is not mandatory and Bidders may submit their bids even without participating in the Pre-bid conference.

Bidders are requested to familiarize themselves with the ITB requirements, if possible, prior to the Pre-bid conference. The request for clarifications could also be sent after Pre-bid conference but not later than the deadline indicated under this BDS Article 8 above.

Minutes of the Pre-bid conference and Responses to the Requests for Clarifications Received from the Potential Bidders are attached to the present Invitation to Bid.

Amendment 1 is attached to the present Invitation to Bid.

Программа развития Организации Объединенных Наций, именуемая в дальнейшем ПРООН, настоящим приглашает потенциальных участников торгов подать заявку в соответствии с Общими условиями контракта и Перечнем требований, изложенными в настоящем Приглашении к участию в торгах (ПУТ), на закупку 3,000 (трех тысяч) пожарных ранцевых опрыскивателей для тушения лесных и полевых пожаров в условиях отсутствия возможности доступа для тяжелой техники и оборудования на склонах и в труднодоступных местах.

Закупка проводится в рамках проекта «Охрана лесов Беларуси: комплексная инициатива по обеспечению готовности к предотвращению и реагированию на пожары на местном уровне».

Информация о предтендерной конференции:

Предтендерное совещание будет проводиться 14 августа 2025г. с 15.00 до 16.00 (Минское время, UTC/GMT+3). Предтендерное совещание будет проходить в режиме онлайн посредством Zoom. Участники торгов должны предварительно зарегистрироваться для участия в конференции по ссылке:

Примечание: участие в предтендерном совещании не является обязательным и участники торгов, не принявшие участие в предтендерном совещании также могут подавать тендерные заявки.

Участники торгов должны ознакомиться с требованиями ПУТ по возможности до предтендерного совещания. Запрос о разъяснениях также может быть направлен после предтендерного совещания, но не позднее срока, указанного в Статье 8 настоящей Таблицы данных тендерного документа.

Протокол предтендерного совещания, а также вопросы и ответы потенциальных поставщиков приложены к настоящему Приглашению к участию в торгах.
