Inspire Change: Become the Green Leadership Academy Coordinator and Empower Community
Leaders Across the North of England

The Green Leadership Academy Coordinator will join our growing movement supporting the creation

Over two years, the postolder will coordinate a series of regional training programmes
supporting at least 60 community leaders, linking into the Northern Network operating across
the North of England but expanding to a national offer.

This will include creating training content, coordinating workshop facilitators and peer
mentors, scheduling the programme and booking venues. Alongside the Green Community Hubs
Programme Manager, the coordinator will also promote, recruit and induct participants onto the
programme.

The candidate must be enthusiastic, confident, and able to engage diverse people in the
programme. The individual will work alongside the Groundwork’s Green Community Hub team and
wider stakeholders to deliver the programmes.
